Courtney Graff and Rylee Blandin join Liz Campbell and Evan Loe on Meet The Raider.
After a successful 2022 season of high school softball, Rylee and Courtney are excited for their senior season and last high school sport. The team is looking to build off of last year as they are returning a strong senior class. Rylee Blandin is looking to lead the team on the mound. Rylee is planning on attending Bethel University to play softball after highschool. Last year Courtney Graff received MVP, All Conference Honors, and All State Honors. She will be leading the team this year as co-captain along with Lucy Menssen. Last year the team finished third in section AAA, but this year they are looking to be even more successful. Even with all their achievements on the field, what they are doing off is even more notable. Last year at their Strikeout Cancer event they raised $11,270 for Breast Cancer research. They host an annual mental health awareness game, and participate in Egg my Yard where they hide eggs for members of the community during Easter. The Raiders first home game of the season is Saturday, April 9th against Rochester Mayo.
